for semi-custom stationery
When you purchase anything from the Semi-Custom collections, you agree to these policies & terms of service.
After you complete your order, you will receive a digital design proof in full color containing all the text, elements, calligraphy, and artwork of your suite. After this initial proof, you are allowed three minor changes- such as a correction of text or colors. Any changes made after the first three complimentary ones will incur a $50 fee per change. You are responsible for any corrections that need to be made before print approval. If changes need to be made after the print approval and a reprint needs to occur, you will be invoiced for the additional items and services.
All finished products and services will be mailed to the address you provide. Packages will be mailed using United States Postal Service, and any US order of $200 or more will be insured for the full amount.
All of our packages are assembled with great care and elements to insure it's safety. However, sometimes accidents may happen on the Postal Service's end. Once the package is delivered into the hands of the USPS, FaithIntoArt is not financially liable for any delays, damages, or loss caused by the USPS. In the event of a loss, should the USPS return the insurance amount, that will be used towards the reprinting and production of your stationery.
Orders can be rushed, and you will be sent an invoice for the rush fee, which is determined on a per-order basis.
International shipping is disabled in checkout, but is still available. Please email me for a shipping quote, as international rates are determined on a per-order basis.
Pricing & Quantities
Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Due to the fluctuation of wholesale sourcing & materials, as a small business the prices listed may also fluctuate. Please be sure to order the amount of stationery you need, in addition to a few extra for keepsakes, photography, etc. Your quantity cannot be decreased once you place your order, but you can add additional pieces before final print approval. If additional pieces need to be added after final print approval, you will be invoiced for the additional pieces in addition to a $50 convenience fee.
Production & Availability
Production time takes 3-4 weeks from final print approval, or 6-8 weeks depending on schedule, and is subject to availability. Due to reasons outside of FaithIntoArt's control, some elements of your suite may not be available from the suppliers. If the ribbon, wax color, envelope color, etc; is unavailable, you will be contacted and informed immediately, with a suggested alternate option.
Due to the custom nature of the semi-custom collections, FaithIntoArt does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind.
Cancellations are not accepted in terms of a refund. If contacted, FaithIntoArt can stop the production process, but no monies will be returned.

Permitted Uses on Social Media
FaithIntoArt grants to the buyer a non-exclusive license of product(s) produced for personal use only so long as you provide FaithIntoArt with attribution. You must credit FaithIntoArt in any online posts of product(s).
Due to the handmade nature of the product(s), each one can vary slightly in appearance, color, etc. This includes, but is not limited to: paper, calligraphy, ribbon, wax seals, and invitation assembly. Variations in size, color, shape, etc; can be expected due to the nature of the hand assembling methods. Every piece is an individual work of art and should be appreciated as such.
Due to monitor color differences, the color you see on screen may or may not be what is delivered.
In terms of calligraphy:
The nature of hand addressed envelopes will vary from that of printed addresses. Each address will vary depending on the letters, length or names, street names, city and state length and will visually appear different from one another when compared. Addresses with 4 to 5 lines of text will look different from those with fewer. Please have this expectation set when ordering calligraphy.
The custom calligraphy done for your suite is drawn digitally by hand and is subject to vary from the example. The same style will be applied, but each name or word will vary from the samples. No fonts are used for calligraphy.
Addresses & Guest Names will be written exactly as they appear on provided list from order form. FaithIntoArt will not make etiquette or spelling corrections.
Dissatisfaction with FaithIntoArt's aesthetic judgment or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement or request of any monies returned.
Either party may choose to be excused of any further performance obligations in the event of a disastrous occurrence outside the control of either party, such as, but not limited to:
A natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricane, flooding, storms or infestation); or
War, Invasion, Act of Foreign Enemies, Embargo, or other Hostility (whether declared or not); or
Any hazardous situation created outside the control of either party such as a riot, disorder, nuclear leak or explosion, or act or threat of terrorism.
Failure to Perform Services
In the event that FaithIntoArt cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of this Agreement, it (or a responsible party) will:
Immediately give Notice to you via email; and
Issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of services and/or product(s) rendered.
If any portion of this Agreement is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement remain in full force.
This Agreement constitutes the final, exclusive agreement between the parties relating to the product(s) and services contained in this Agreement. All earlier and further negotiations and agreements between the parties on the matters contained in this Agreement are expressly merged into and superseded by this Agreement.
The parties may amend this Agreement only by the parties’ written consent via proper notice.
