Do I have to have a reference picture for a commission?
No you do not. It helps a GREAT deal, but you do not need one. If you don't provide one, be sure to be very descriptive of what you want, that way we don't play email tag to try and figure out what you want.

Can I pick my own beads or tassle color for my bookmark?
No, sorry you can't. The beads and tassle colors that are in the pictures are the ones I'll send to you. If you catch me at a local convention you might be able to choose though. =)

Can I pick the bead or dangle color for my cell phone dangle?
Same goes for this as it did for the bookmarks. You get the same bead and dangle color that comes in the picture.

How did you come up with the name 'faithintoart'?
Well basically, I wanted to sell my artwork, all the while giving glory to God. I wanted the name of my business to portray that my talent is from God. After days of coming up with names that were already taken, I finally stumbled upon faith-into-art, and I loved it. The name sticked, and most importantly, it was available! =)

Can I give you a design that I've created for you to turn into something you offer on faithintoart.com?
Unfortuantely you can't. I distribute my artwork, and that's it. If I took in other people's artwork, even if it was your own, I would become a small printing press, rather than simply selling my artwork.

What if I order a commission from someone else, can you turn it into something you offer here?
Well that's not fair is it? But other than that, I can't because the artwork does not belong to me. Even if you purchased it and it belongs to you, I only distribute my artwork.

How do I apply the laptop skin?
It's very easy! The laptop skins we offer are high quality vinyl, and they stretch. The only thing you have to be cautious of is putting it on, and repositioning it. This is definitely possible, but the vinyl can stretch, so be careful when you do it. My tip to you is to place the skin (after the paper backing is already off of it) slightly above your laptop so that you can center it. Slowly place the center of the skin down on the laptop, and smoothly lay the rest of it down, moving from the center to the ends. Watch out for air bubbles! =)

Do you ship outside of the US?
Yep! We sure do! The cost for shipping is a little bit more expensive, but not by much! We don't want you to be unable to buy something from us, just because you live in a different country.

Do I have to use Paypal?
Yes. Paypal is quick and secure, and your private information is kept that way through Paypal. If you cannot pay through paypal, the only other way is through a money order.

So you accept money orders?
Yes. If you wish to purchase something with a money order, rather than through paypal, simply send us an email with the items you wish to purchase (or just submit the form if it's a commission) and we will reply back to you with an address you can send the money order to. Once we receive the money order, your items will be shipped.
